Depending on how you interact with Zosimo, we may collect:

Information from Third Parties and Public Sources
We may obtain information about restaurants and businesses from third-party sources and publicly available sources, including Google Business Profile data and information from existing websites. This commonly occurs during onboarding and while providing our Services.
Payment Information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Zosimo may receive information about transactions, payment status, and limited payment-method details but does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
Automatically Collected Information
When you use our websites or Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as:
- IP address;
- browser and device information;
- operating system;
- referring pages;
- pages viewed;
- approximate location derived from IP address;
- timestamps;
- cookies and similar technologies; and
- information about how our websites and Services are used.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

This includes, for example, generating and assembling website designs and layouts, converting and structuring menu information, assisting with content updates, performing accessibility analysis, supporting SEO and Google Business Profile management, and related operational tasks. Customer content is processed for the purpose of providing the Services to you. We do not use your customer content to train general-purpose foundational AI models independent of the Services we provide to you.
3. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers and contractors that assist us with functions such as:
- website hosting and infrastructure;
- payment processing;
- communications and messaging;
- analytics;
- security;
- domain and internet services;
- customer support; and
- other technology necessary to operate Zosimo.

If you opt in to receive text messages from Zosimo, we may collect and use your telephone number, messaging preferences, opt-in records, message history, and related information to provide the messaging service.
We do not sell your SMS opt-in information or consent. Mobile information and text-messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose mobile information to vendors that provide services necessary to deliver and operate our messaging program, such as telecommunications and messaging providers, but only as reasonably necessary to provide those services or as otherwise required by law.
You may withdraw consent to text messages by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@zosimo.io.

6. Customer Websites
Zosimo builds and manages websites for customers.
Information collected directly through a customer’s website may be collected on behalf of that customer. In those situations, the customer is the controller of that information and may independently determine how it is used and may have separate privacy obligations. Zosimo acts as a service provider with respect to such information.
Third-party reservation platforms, online ordering systems, payment services, delivery platforms, maps, social-media services, and other integrations may collect information directly from website visitors under their own privacy policies.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing Services, maintaining business and financial records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected.

No internet transmission, storage system, website, or electronic service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may opt out of Zosimo text messages by replying STOP.

Zosimo’s Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our business Services. If we learn that we have collected such information contrary to applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
Our websites and customer websites may contain links to or integrations with third-party services.
We do not control the privacy, security, or data practices of third parties. We encourage users to review the applicable third party’s privacy policy before providing information.
12. Business Transfers
If Zosimo or Gelfand Technology LLC participates in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, formation of a successor entity, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
