How it Works

    Onboarding

    We start with a 45 minute onboarding conversation to get a sense of your brand’s vibe. Then you send whatever you have - logo, PDF menu, images and we take it from there.

  2. Step 2

    Design & Build

    We provide you with 2 home page looks to choose from — emailed to you for review, feedback & approval. Once you approve the design, we build the rest of the site and stage it for your final nod.

  3. Step 3

    Launch

    Once your site is live, our team of AI agents monitor performance, SEO, GBP, and accessibility. You’ll get weekly and monthly reports so you have documentation when it counts.

What does orchestrated AI actually mean?

Humans run the show. We built a robust design system just for restaurants, trained a small team of agents on it, and we conduct them to help us draft the site and your brand story. They then monitor your site and your Google Business Profile daily. That is the difference between an AI company and a chatbot with a website.

Do I talk to a bot or a person?

Your relationship is directly with us, the human founders. We take the initial 30-minute call and your onboarding call. We design and review all creative and deployments. After launch, you can text content changes and an agent makes it live in seconds. If the change is ambiguous, or not working the way you expect, a human is notified to help.

Who is this for?

Independent restaurants and small groups. One owner we can actually reach. A room that wants a real site — findable, accessible, easy to change — and does not want to log into a dashboard after service. If you are opening soon, or you have a site that stopped moving when the menu became a PDF, Zosimo is built for you.

Who is this not for?

Chains with a marketing committee. Anyone who needs us to be the reservation book, the floor plan, or the ordering app. We link out to the tools you already use. Also not a DIY builder. If you want to drag modules around on a Saturday, this will feel like too much help.

What do the agents actually do?

Rita writes the story in your voice. Koda assembles the pages from our design system. Pixel watches accessibility every day and files dated reports. Scout watches search and your Google Business Profile. After you launch, you can text in the special and it goes live.

Is the site ADA compliant? Will this stop a lawsuit?

No honest company can promise that. We build to WCAG 2.1 AA. Pixel watches the live site daily. You get weekly and monthly packets — dated — so you have a paper trail when it counts. That is construction plus monitoring. It is not a legal stamp, and it is not a plugin you forgot to renew.

Lisa Lopuck

For more than 30 years, Lisa Lopuck has worked at the highest levels of brand and interactive media. She was one of the first designers at the Apple Multimedia Lab, worked directly with George Lucas at Skywalker Ranch, led creative direction for Disney’s parks and resorts websites, and served as VP of Creative and Digital Media at Monster Energy — building the brand’s global digital presence and launching Peace Tea.

She has written 7 books on interactive media, including Web Design for Dummies, and has spent years speaking and teaching where design, technology, and brand meet.
